- How long do you stay in Washington ?

- We stay one day and two night in Holiday Inn hotel in Washington.

- What did you do ?

- We visited all of monument and a few museum.

- What's your favorite ? And why ?

- My favorite monument is the Jeferson memorial because there are parts of constitution on the walls.

- How long is the trip from Washington to Durham ?

- From Washington to Durham there are 5 hours in bus.

- What's your penfriend name ?

- My penfriend's name is Patrick Callaghan.

- What did you do with him ?

- With him I went to school, on the afternoon at the end of the class I went to the baseball lesson and I try it one time.

- Ok...What did you do at the week end ?

- I saw a concert who play people of the Upper School.

- How was the family and How was your house ?

- The family was friendly and nice. My house was big, It was built with red bricks, on the entrance there is a porch in white wood and on the back of the house there is a big garden.

- What did you visited in Durham ?

- We visited a Zoo of lemur, a museum and Duke University.

- Can you discribe Duke University ?

- It's a University who look like old but inside It's look like new. There are a beautiful gymnasium and a shop.

- Do you like this trip ?

- Yes I love it, the american are cool, funny and friendly.

Justine:   Good, I'have a lot of questions for you.

Chloé:     I'm here for that.

Justine:   Did you like your travel in USA?

Chloé:     Yes, really, it was a great experience for me and for perfect my english.

Justine:   What did you feel in start?

Chloé:     I felt good, really good.

Justine:   How are the americans?

Chloé:     They are very nice. I met a lot of people, they are so kind and really generous. There was a lot of respect.

Justine:   Wich monuments did you visit in Washington?

Chloé:     We visited the Lincoln Memorial, the Martin Luther King Junio Memorial, the Jefferson memorial, the Capitol, the Roosvelt Memorial, the Washington Monument and the White house.

Justine:   And some of museum?

Chloé:     Oh yes! The Air and Space museum and the museum of the History of America.

Justine:   What did you do in Washingto all the day?

Chloé:     We visited all the monuments ans two museums, we ate in the Mc Donald's of the museum. At the end of the day we were so tired because we walked a lot, so we swam in the         swimming pool of the hotel and we rest in our rooms.

Justine:   What was the name ofyour prenpal?

Chloé:     Her name is Eve Wallack.

Justine:   How was she?

Chloé:     She was so cool and generous. She has dark hair and brown eyes. She was taller than me. She is fifteen. And she loved play Lacross and sing.

Justine:   What did you do with Eve?

Chloé:     We went to the outlet with Hortense and her penpal Sarh, we were always together. We went to a concert and we ate a lot of american foood.

Justine:   Do you miss her?

Chloé:    Yes, of course! I would luje that she comes back in France.

Justine:  I have to say to you goodbye.

Chloé:    Bye!

-If you want to go to the jefferson memorial, you have to go to the park, turn right at the third street, then turn left on the fifth street and go to the round peeps. After take the first left, continue to the crossing and turn right. Turn left and you're arriving.
